Welcome to P.E.

 

Hello from the blacktop! My name is Adam Wright, and I am delighted to be returning as the K-5 PE teacher! 

 

My hope is to develop a lifelong love of physical activity among the students whilst teaching them sportsmanship, and how to play sports with a Christian attitude, emphasizing participation and teamwork over winning.

 

My philosophy for teaching PE is centered around exposing students to as many different sports and activities as possible. In addition to traditional sports like basketball, volleyball, and soccer, I also introduce students to activities such as yoga and dance. I believe it is important to create all-around athletes, and you never know when you may uncover a hidden talent in a child!

 

In addition to PE, I am also the Athletic Director and coach various team sports during the school year.

 

I am truly blessed to be part of Redeemer School and Church!
