AROUND THE WORLD WEEK

 

We began this special week in the 2008-2009 school year.

 

Each class adopts, studies, and shares their newfound knowledge about a country. The week is spent “traveling” to each country, learning about the food, customs, art, music, and traditions of each country. Passports are stamped, suitcases are filled, and minds are enriched throughout the week. The culmination of the week is a fun-filled evening opportunity for students to bring their parents and families on their trip and journey to each of the nine countries.
