"GOD WORKS FOR THE GOOD OF THOSE WHO LOVE HIM"

8th GRADE

Mrs. Melissa Davis
Welcome to Eighth Grade!

My Mission:  My mission is that each of my students leaves Redeemer knowing that they are loved and cared for by an Amazing Savior, that their individual gifts and talents are valued and appreciated, and that they grow deeply rooted in their faith.

Education:  BA Child Development 1997 *San Jose State University

Human Development  2002 * Pacific Oaks College

Colloquy  2013 * Concordia University Irvine

SLED  School Leadership Development 2015 * LCMS St. Louis

Experience:  I am currently in my 17th year at Redeemer.  Prior to teaching at Redeemer, I was a preschool teacher at Menlo School, CCSC Children’s Center of the Stanford Community, and our very own Redeemer Child Development Center.  I have worked with infants-toddlers, preschoolers, elementary and middle school students.

Hobbies:  I love spending time with my husband and our 3 daughters.  We love to camp, read, and spend time with family and friends.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Romans 8:28
